What’s Rapid Fire Mod?

The rapid fire mod is a PS4 or Xbox controller modification, designed to enable semi-automatic and single fire guns to shoot bullets rapidly, in other words, to make the guns automatic. The feature is a lot faster and more effective for accuracy than normal bullet firing.

Also, the mod does not make a fully automatic gun shoot any faster but can be helpful for automatic guns as it can help in reducing recoil in some first-person shooter games. This mod can be really helpful to players who play first-person shooter games in which they not only have to be alert but also fire bullets with high speed and accuracy.

Automatic guns are perfect for these situations but in some cases, the player may not be equipped with an automatic gun. The rapid-fire mod helps players in these situations scale through by allowing them to fire bullets as if they were using an automatic gun. It allows you to shoot an increased number of bullets per second compared to semi-automatic and single shotguns.

Shoot better and faster with Rapid Fire

Gaming controllers are called modded when a modchip is installed in them. The function of the chip is found in pressing buttons on behalf of the user, allowing a user to carry out actions in the game with ease.

The mod presses the fire button for you. When you hold down the button for fire in whatever shooter game you’re playing, the mod is programmed to keep pressing the fire button on the background continuously till you release it. That enables players to focus better on aiming because they do not need to press the fire button again whenever they have a good aim.

Another important thing to note is that the developers of each game may have set their limit for the rapid-fire mod feature. The developers can set a universal speed cap for their games. If you try to fire your gun above this speed cap, your gun may not shoot at all or shoot slower than usual.

If you are not aware of your game speed cap, it is advisable to start at a low speed and then increase your shots until you feel the gun starts to sputter or slow down.

Some Rapid Fire features you should know about

The rapid-fire mod is available for all gaming platforms including PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Our controllers provide other mods to make gameplay interesting. It will also enable you dominate the gaming world.

Adjustable Settings

With this mod, you will be able to alter the number of bullets you fire per second. That allows the player to increase or decrease the number of shots they fire per second, depending on the gaming situation they find themselves in. Players can adjust their number of shots per second from 0 to 99. But 99 shots per second would be extreme and would take all the fun out of shooter games, so game developers set limits for the shots per second so players can enjoy the gameplay.

Drop shot

This mod allows your character to drop to the ground immediately after you shoot. This feature is crucial for first-person shooter games where a few seconds can mean the difference between life and death. It allows you to shoot while dropping to the ground so you can easily dodge incoming bullets from the enemy.

Akimbo

The feature is a very interesting one as it makes a lot of difference in the game mod. It enables players to shoot with guns in each hand with rapid-fire. You can easily kill more enemies by simply using two guns in rapid-fire.

Double-tap

This allows your character to shoot twice with every trigger pull. It allows you to inflict twice the damage on your enemies with just one pull of the trigger.
